People are awesome. Could use more amenities (ie: hot tub, sand volleyball courts, etc...)

Cypress Cove offers several opportunities for residents to enjoy a bit to eat after work or fun activities for kids. Its peaceful and safe atmosphere is made possible by a gated entrance, operating camera system and an onsite security guard. It's really nice, feels very safe, good quality neighbors. Just moved in but can't wait to use the pool this summer.
I always tell everyone that I love living here. I go to school at South but it's worth the extra drive to come home to a place that actually FEELS like a home. It's safe, has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and the people that work here are the best I've encountered. Keep up the good work! You guys are doing great!
Peaceful, neighbors are friendly, safe, great staff, couldn't have chosen a better place to live! (only complaint I have is visitors parking in the lot outside my apartment, which faces the parking lot as it is one of the studio apartments. People park here to go to the pool and I am often left without a parking spot)

There is no wasted space in the apartment at all. Every room is spacious, designer interiors, largest kitchen I have ever seen in an apartment. I really appreciate the owners proviing so many secirity features. I don't pay for my monitored alarm at all. I have emergency alert buttons in my apartment, well lit breezeways, all common areas have cameras that monitor the place 24 hrs a day. And not only is it gated, they have a patrol company that watches the place at night. I work so hard and I do not mind paying a little more for all that we all gt here. I have never lived inan apartment that has an office team that is dedicated to the community and the residents like this one. And they only go up like $10 at renewal time.
I always tell people that I love living at Cypress Cove because it feels like home. The fitness center is awesome, the pool is so relaxing and I love being here. I enjoy telling people where I live and having them come over to see my beautiful place. Thank you for providing such an atmosphere for all of us!
I would tell them that it is a great place to call home. I always feel safe, and I feel like the office/maintenance personel are always willing to help.

This is the first time I've actually lived in an apartment home so I was very skeptical about it. After moving in and experiencing the helpful and friendly staff, the awesome amenities and the secure surroundings for my family and I, I am hooked! It always looks nice, there is no noise from the neighboring apartments (one of my greatest fears) and I have had no fear to let my kids out to play. Thanks for keeping a great facility! The only slightly negitive comment I would have (and I know you guys are probably already working on it) is the gates not working at night and the computers being down in the business room. I know that those are probably two on going issues due to the number of people using them. Great Job!!
